Chakeira Tipton

Leasing Assistant

Chakeira Tipton started with ARK Restoration and Construction as an administrative intern. As a graduate of the University of Toledo's Construction and Engineering Technology program, Chakeira came with a lot of experience from co-ops at Lathrop, the City of Toledo Engineering Services and Ohio Department of Transportation.

However, she found her niche when she became the Leasing Assistant for Torrey Hill Apartments LLC. Her goal is to obtain her Occupancy Specialist certification in November and then property management.

Her favorite quote is the Golden Rule - Do unto others as you'd have others do unto you. She believes that if everyone followed it, the world would be a different place. Her desire is that everyone has equal options and opportunities for housing through Torrey Hill Apartments LLC.
